Sorry I have not updated in a while, the Christmas season was a busy one. Today I'm checking out the "Healthiest" of all fast food restaurants, Subway. I put healthiest in quotations because it is not incredibly low in calories, but the items that you are getting are far better for you: lean meats, veggies, etc. Once again these are all the items with 300 calories or less.
I am not a Photoshop wizard, I just have fun. I am also not a Dietitian, and can only give the knowledge I have accumulated on these subjects to try and help other people. So let me know what you want to see and I'll do my best to provide that to you!
