Current Workout Schedule

This is the workout schedule which I am currently following. I have adapted this one from one that Scooby has created entitled Beginning Home Workout. I have just formatted it to fit my schedule. Scooby!

This man right here is my guru. He is all about loosing weight and gaining muscle that natural way (no fat burners or any crap like that). He has offered video's on youtube for a while now and thats how I found him. I use a lot of the workouts he has demonstrated in his videos, and I have learned patience, that I was previously over-training (working out too much and not letting my body build the muscle through rest). Honestly I just can't say enough about this guy. So check him out for yourself on his youtube or his site. Trust me, you won't regret it.
