This is the workout schedule which I am currently following. I have adapted this one from one that Scooby has created entitled Beginning Home Workout. I have just formatted it to fit my schedule. If you have any questions about how to do mine or if you want me to design one for you just let me know.
I am not a Photoshop wizard, I just have fun. I am also not a Dietitian, and can only give the knowledge I have accumulated on these subjects to try and help other people. So let me know what you want to see and I'll do my best to provide that to you!
